The lobby post verifies residents, tenants and staff coming and going, receives visitors and registers them, so that no one without permission reaches the non-public parts of the building.
Visitor registration records name, unit visited, time in and time out. Deliveries, removals and contractors follow a separate procedure and are checked off on departure. Registers and record books are kept as the licence requires and are available to the owner or managing agent.
