Emergency Response
First-line response to fire, flooding, power failure, theft and calls for assistance, with immediate notification to the client.
The officer on site is the building’s first responder. The central control room runs twenty-four hours a day and can act on an incident the moment it arises.
Response covers fire and fire service signals, flooding, power failure and lift entrapment, theft and suspicious persons, calls for assistance from residents or tenants, and situations calling for immediate lockdown or evacuation. Officers work to the contingency plan and notify the owner, the managing agent and the relevant government departments straight away.
Night patrol officers maintain supervision across the whole period and can be first on the scene in an emergency. What happened and how it was handled is recorded and reported to the client.
